Phone left in Bolt ride - Bolt is not assisting with contacting driver or feedback

I left my phone in a Bolt on Saturday, 28 Jan 2023. My number that is linked to bolt is ***. The driver of the bolt is Kamogelo White Magoleng. I contacted Bolt Support via email and Bolt has failed me terribly. They have stopped responding to my emails where i ask if they have tried calling the driver again since the initial attempt they said they did where driver didnt answer. I was told an email has been sent to the driver and that we must wait. I asked for alternative solutions but was merely told i will only be assisted if I open a case. I went to open a case and provided them with the information requested and still no response. The lack of urgency is so disappointing. The driver is being protected and I the rider is made to feel like they are doing me a favour. My phone is still ringing where it is and i just need to speak to the driver to find out if he did see my phone. Once I manage to sort things out I will definitely make noise about this on my social media which has a huge following. Bolt will not help you when you depend on them for assistance.
