Phone ****** by the driver

Last night my husband and I traveled with Bolt. When we got into the vehicle the driver was very rude. He dropped us off at our location when my husband immediately noticed he didn’t have his phone. I then phoned his phone, with no answer.. tried again when my call was rejected and from there it went straight to voicemail. All the driver’s info was on my husband’s phone but I have the vehicle registration number (Kn 71 SG GP)
