****** phone by driver/ bolt not responding to complain

Good day, This complaint is written on behalf on my friend since his phone was ****** on bolt and when complained bolt promised that the driver will contact the client but nothing was done. On the 25th Dec 2023 he requested from edenvale to orange groove around 9pm riding with the car number plate HT79VGGP Nissan almera and the drivers name Musawenkosi. The phone is a SumsungA33 and it was mistakenly left in the car. He did try calling the phone it was not pick and then he contacted Bolt via a friend's phone and then was promised that the driver will call back but nothing. He also requested that the driver be blocked so that he can come forward but till today no call was made. The number that was used on that bolt was ***. I'm really disappointed at bolt at this we usually hear these stories about Bolt drivers but this time he is a close by victim. Very poor complaint handling im so disappointed with no phone. MY NUMBER IS *** should you wish 2 explain whts happening. This is real nonsense and I thought people should also know about this kinda of things on bolt drivers.
