Payment compliance

This bolt driver named Rotshidzwa Melton *******ed my payment ,lying that after 20:00 there's no discount. I want him fired he's very rude he's dishonest to his work n was drunk .I had to pay R33 but he said I must pay R40.Please take action in this if not I'll take action myself to shut his work down.
