PAYING MORE FOR DRIVER'S JOY RIDE

I am not happy with the service we got from your driver Motsumi on Saturday. I don't know if the GPS on his phone was not working or what. He kept getting lost. Even when we asked for directions from other people on the road, he was absent minded, he still got lost coz he was not paying attention. A R60 ride ended up costing us R104 and when I asked him if I am supposed to pay him for getting lost, without hesitation he said "efela bjalo" meaning it's just like that or it's what it is.
