Pay me back all my cancelation fee

On several occasions I have reported issues of bieng overcharged when using Bolt thier drivers will be asking for more money and ask you to cancel and when you cancel they will charge you R20 and never refund it back. I got injured using thier Bolt complaint about it and never got any help or feedback I always complaint about the money charge for cancelation as it's thier own drivers that tell us to cancel if we do not give them the money they want. Today I was overcharged for one of the horrible car conditions
