I am writing this very traumatized. Today at 13:30pm i requested from Brynston so the south of Johannesburg but when the driver arrived 1.His vehicle was very much dirty but i got in regardless because i mean i wanted to get home. 2. I added a stop to the garage, mind you i am not fami**** with the place so i didnt know that there is a garage near by. okay so i get in and as we are driving i see a garage and ask the guy to stop at the garage, he then says i added a stop and that is where we are going so i'm like there is no way i'm traveling with such attitude i ask him to stop and end the trip so i can request another one. At first he refuses to end the trip so i get out he then say okay i will end the trip but i must pay him, i say fine how much do you want. the guy shows me his phone and he is demanding that i pay him R355 that bolt has calculated for my whole trip and thats where the drama started. I did not mind giving him R50 or whatever for wasting his time but to demand that i pay you R355when you have not even traveld 1km is insane. So at this point he is in my face, i pull out my phone, take a picture of his vehicle and turn the phone on him because i knew it was about to go left. He then slaps me accross the face and takes my phone holding it ransom for the R355 that he is demanding. it was a back and forth saying things like why did i request if i do not have money blah blah so that the people walking by can think i'm expecting to be transported for free till he eventualy got in his car and drove off with my phone.

Okay sharp i got beat and the guy took my phone so i get home and try to report the matter however what i got on the site is that i have to report using the app. Which app because it's gone with the phone. I expected to find the drivers details for example; number plate, type of vehicle he is driving but all i got was his name, how is that helpful? how is bolt keeping us safe in that regard? Ho do i get my property back?
