Pathetic Service - Tinotenda Datsun Go JTC529EC

I am so disgusted by the arrogance and lack of customer service I received this evening from Tinotenda driving a Datsun Go JTC529EC . I requested a ride this evening and to my surprise, after the car did not move 'as per the App'.

when I asked the driver he answered me very arrogantly and was rude, clearly, this is the caliber of drivers Bolt south Africa employs I am convinced because I have been receiving this kind of service for some time but now I have had enough. Your service is pathetic that's as simple as that my wife left this service and went to uber for the same reason.
