pathetic Service from Bolt support

I'm sick and tired of Bolt im a frequent user and they have on numerous occassions have take off two payments for one tide and this happened again in Friday evening immediately sent a message to support which is a useless automated system and i have not got a call or message from BOLT and its nearly close of business today . They do not have a number to call do not give you any disscounts ever and let me say this the drivers are good i have had just 2 bad incidents and Friday being one the driver cancelled . i have proof of that and screenshots of that and my paymenst they want to refund me R14 what a joke they are pure ******* and I will be taking this to the umbudsman . Please nbe very aware when using your ban card they take more than one payment often. This time i wont let this matter rest disgraceful *******
