PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

On the 14th of December I requested a ride and the estimated charge was R28. So the driver dropped me off at my destination using the normal straight forward route, but did not end the trip when I got off the vehicle. He instead carried on until he was back at his destination before he finally ended the trip and I was billed for R62. I immediately laid a complaint and was offered a R50 promo discount from the support team. I initially refused, but later decided to accept it because I Was not getting any joy with my refund. Now the support team has stopped replying to my messages and I have not issued me with the promo code for the overcharged trip. Is this what they call service? I don't think they even deserve the 1 star rating.
