Pathetic Service and very disrespectful drivers

I requested a ride for my kids to school at 07:18 am from this pathetic driver Esau, registration number: DZ51MMGP, but a driver took turns and ignoring my calls till 07:33 am. My kids were late for school. He went as far as Menlyn Mall, while making turns and ignoring my calls.

This is uncalled for and very rude. He undermines people, why did he accept my request whereas he would make turns and ignoring my calls, moreover, delaying peoples business. Just after canceling, I requested another ride which took about 3 minutes or less.

Disgusted.
