Pathetic Service

Bolt driver had accused me or reported that I had ****** him on one of my trips on the 4th of Jan 2024. To my surprise my app got blocked, I wrote to bolt went of which they told me I held their driver at gun point which is a serious allegation *****ing my name and deformation of character till now no one see nothing wrong about things apart from a simple “Apologies for the inconvenience caused”. How funny this is cause I had to go to the police station a do affidavit to clear the smoke, I went as far providing CCTV footages from street for the drop off and image how this could have turned out if I did not have such evidence? Yet again my app is till blocked on there back end, all the say Hi Kelvin,
