Pathetic Bolt South Africa

On the 22-23 September 2024 I received u authorized debits from Bolt on my account. These trips were supposedly taken in Cape Town whilst I am based in Pretoria. I went to the bank who issued me with a new card since they can't reverse the transaction. I contacted Bolt and they arrogantly claim these transactions worth more than R300 were legal and won't be reversed. They won't provide any proof of the trips or refund me. They also won't escalate or investigate this further. I feel this pathetic attitude compromises clients and their attitude stinks. I will never make use of this ***** of a company
