Pathetic Bolt Services

Since the beginning of September driver's has been having an issue with surge prices. Whereby you'll receive a trip from an area with high number of requests but the pricing will be normal. Spoke to multiple number of agents, all of them saying it will be fixed, but some say the is no issue. It's frustrating seeing the heat map showing high number of requests but the trip prices does show it. I don't know if bolt is taking their drivers for granted. I don't recommend anyone trying to be a driver for bolt to join them. Their team won't help you in any issue, you'll get the round around till you give up.
