PATHETIC BOLT SA

I am still going through the most painful experience of customer service in my life with Bolt. From 14 October 2023 till now they have suppose to refund me my money for two trips I paid cash for and they took many from my bank account. Endless emails with a bunch of idiotic Bolt service providers have come to zero. I still do not have my money and I cannot elevate the matter. Could someone from Bolt (with brains) please attend to this matter?????
