What kind of service is Bolt Uber giving the people.

I ordered a Uber yesterday to pick up my goods at home and bring it to a friend house where I was but it was my first time doing so, I wanted to pay with my card an when I saw the Uber was already placed an the amount was R40 cash I canceled it but he still rocked up by my house to pick up the goods which my mom then gave to him not knowing I canceled the Uber but he could see u canceled the Uber but he still took my goods an ask my mommy double the amount and he never even pitched by my friends house with my stuffs I think it's so pathetic please remove that guy from bolt Uber. Rama is his name his drives a white Toyota carolla.
