PATHETIC BOLT

Bolt service is patheric,one can not be heard,not by the arrogant driver nor the Bolt so called specialist,they do not specialize on anything...

I lost so much,I have used Bolt from the time it was taxify and have kept quiet on their BS and *********** drivers

Today I sent food via them,wrote the address,a one way street address for destination,the address,surely even someone new would not get lost,he did not even get to the street instead he went 2 streets from the destination,saying i am wrong,i request for compensation and they're not taking accountability nor any action they are just telling me excuses only,I am sooo mad right now I just started the food business and some rude,arrogant driver just ****** me clients with money i did not have. .bolt should actually go back where it's coming from
