Paid for a ride that did not happen

I requested a ride for someone else (family member) to come and visit me , yesterday on the 01-01-2024 , usually the ride from where my aunt stays to where I stay is about R50. A guy accepted my request, I don’t know how but pick up and drop off locations were changed to something else far away from where I stay . An amount of R258 was debited from my account, I tried calling the driver he didn’t answer. I wrote a complaint to bolt and asked for a refund I still haven’t received it . This is so wrong that their trusted drivers can get away with this , what if it is my only money I have for transport at the time . I want my money back .
