Overcharging and endangering people's lives

Mall of Africa is 8.2kms from my house. I request a ride that states an amount of R34.00 (this stating I have a discount app**** of R41 which would have made the trip R74 - not even Uber rips you this hard) So given the amount of R34 I request the ride, today check my bank statement and amount of R79 charged!!! I message their support, says that there is a hold fee on my account, for what?! And they list the invoice as the trip would have cost R120 (for 8kms!!!!!) and with discount I was charged R79 for 8kms!!! So underhanded and such *******s, will never use them again. In addition on another trip the driver was falling asleep on me, which is a huge irony that I am paying for them to get me safely home, as I was drinking and NOT driving, this on the highway so I could not order another car!!! they endanger people's lives - mine and the other users on the road - so they can make their quota. JUST SUCH A BAD COMPANY ETHIC - SO SO SO WRONG!!!!
