Overcharges customers at end of ride

Now I understand the poor reviews. i also found that the more than doubled tere price.when I queried I was informed that in bad weather they charge double.perhaps when there is bad weather I should double my consultations for patients because I risk my life coming out .has anyone noticed they never respond to any complaint. bolt justified the double charge by sending u to a link afterwards informing you of increased prices in bad weather.will never use their services ever again.
