Overcharges and does not acknowledge or refund

Not even a quarter star is deserved. We took a work trip yesterday, the total bill was R89 which I have the receipts to prove. The driver demanded R127 when the ride ended abd refuaed to accept it was R89. I have sent numerous emails as well as on the app and no one has responded with my request for a refund I even have a case number This is such terrible service. I want my REFUND ASAP
