Overcharged, trip not ended.

I took bolt on friday 18/12/20 from Oxford bluff to Brighton road which was supposed to cost R17 instead of R22 because I had a discount. The driver by the name Sizwe took us there and when we got to the apartment he started acting strange getting out of the car and talking about network that it is bad and he never mentioned anything about he wouldn't be able to end the trip... he got back into the car and drove off. Moments later when I wanted to request again the price that I was charged it was R179 which is 10 times what I expected. I then called him and he started yelling at me telling me that he did say his network is bad, I then asked him to send my money back and he said he will but never did. Today 21/12 I called him again and he told me that he is blocked because of me so I assumed that he did it again to someone else and that person reported him. Bolt as a loyal client to you please put measures in place to deal with such drivers, I have heard a lot of negative things about your drivers, they are tarnishing your name and your business.
