Overcharged by BOTL/TAXIFY Driver

I was overcharged by one of your drivers yesterday & instead of a refund your agents insist on sending me a promo code. All I want is a refund as I am not planning to use your services again. I should have stuck with Uber and saved myself this drama. BOLT will never ever get a penny from me. I am going to take this to the Ombudsman
