Overcharged by Bolt

I seriously regret Requesting with card using bolt l was charged several times for a driver that was not found .How can they deduct someone else's money while the driver has not been found yet they do not refund back.If l knew that Bolt mysteriously takes Money on people's accounts l was no even gonna use card payments .really really regret it
