Overcharged and **********

Bolt overcharged me and I am furious,the trip was meant to be 206 and I wake up to find all the money in my account gone I have R71 left and h was charged 306. I AM UPSET!!!! And I want a refund of the remainder of the funds that we’re not supposed to be taken I do NOT want a voucher because I don’t see myself using this ********** services again!!! I’m so mad. My drivers name was Pesa and he was an old man I am disappointed because the amount on the receipt I received does not correspond with the amount I was charged.!!!
