Overcharged and ******

Absolutely disappointed. I was charged an initial fee which I agreed to from R164. The driver picks me up and gets “lost” and I was later billed R261. What utter nonsense is that. The support on bolt app tells me that the R164 was a preauthorised payment and will be refunded within 14 days. However the R261 cannot be adjusted. Instead of 24kms the driver drove 38kms by being lost. How is this my fault???
