Overcharged

I took a Bolt Go on the 21 of January 2021 which showed R67, was dropped at home in about 15 minutes and thought all was good until I was debited R145

Can you please explain how from Muizenberg to Pelican Park is this price as there was no traffic and no extra stops????

I check on the app and the drive did not complete the drive when i was dropped and I was charged for him driving elsewhere after, i took screenshots of this.

Because of the above i had to request to take a day off as i could not get to work as all the money i had left was taken - I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.

To touch on this as well - the driver was not wearing a mask and he jumped a red robot, putting my life in danger - this is going on all social media platforms

My drop off address was Pelican park and not Capricorn Boulevard
