Overcharged

I requested a ride from JHB cbd to Soweto it charged me R203 however while on our way R464 was deducted on my account. I made a query with them but i have not yet received a respond. This is not the 1st time such thing happened. Last time i was told about card authorization but my money was never refunded. It looks like bolt ******** clients that uses cards for payments.
