Overcharge of R2149.33 by Bolt South Africa

I am very upset with Bolt South Africa. Bolt South Africa deducted: R219.99, R331, R399.99, 441,43, and R756,92. None of these totals are on my Bolt app where all of my previous rides are shown. This amounts to a total of R2149.33. I have been in contact with them and asked them to call me. I am still waiting.
