OVER CHARGED FOR BOTH MY TRIPS WITH BOLT NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!!

Travelled with Bolt on 20th December received and initial price on both trips and both times over charged for the trips, tried to call to get answer as too why I was over charged the drivers told me they do not set the price and I need to call Bolt (As it happens you cant phone Bole there are no contact numbers) emailed them the info on the APP and as yer not answer fro them.
