Over charged and zero further help

What a shambles!! We booked a trip from Pta to Roodepoort and the whole fee was paid upfront.

The driver forgot to log out when the destination was reached and traveled to another destination and we were charged an additional R 940 for that trip - which wasn't for our account.

Bolt received our query and promise that the money will be paid back - now after nearly a week, we're still waiting for the reimbur*****t. The driver refused to talk to us or to take our calls.

What a shocking experience, with next to zero help from Bolt. Be careful when you use their services as they not willing (or so it would appears) to be of any help with our query.
