Over charged

Hi, Am really not happy with my last trip on Saturday night, I think the driver over charged me. On my app showed my R213 but he charged me R309, and when I got the statement via email it shows an even lower amount. Am really upset and I want a refund. I sent them a complain yesterday and they requested that I send them the trip details of which I did, but the only response I got is this:

Please note that the correct ride fare was indeed R215, however, the driver reported that he only received R115 from you hence that is what is indicated in your ride receipt.
