Over Charged

Today 11 March, I requested a ride from work and the booking was R50, when the driver accepted the request, he suppose to use the usual route that I use with bolt every other day but he decides to take his own route and I told him it's the wrong route but he didn't care about my request, I was charged R67 because the driver took the long route, I reported it to bolt but Irene responded as advised me it's a correct charge, bolt shows that their driver are more important compared to their clients. I want my R17 that I was ****** off and I will not use this service again.
