Over charge bolt fee

Today I went to Meadowlands zone 5 and requested to bolt, when I request the price was R138, the driver took the long route, I even asked if is he going to the location I requested to.. He dropped me, when I see the notifications I see bolt money declined and they tried twice to debit, and check my statement and went back to bolt app to check again the amount, when I see it's R240, which I don't understand how come the money increase about R102, tried to contact support but I didn't get any help even the driver didn't help me. I'm not happy about bolt services, they are over changing us. I need my extra money back to my account, so now I even incurred bank charges because of them.
