OVER CHARGE AND EXTRA DEDUCTIONS FROM BANK ACC

I did 2 trips this morning (Sunday19th Dec) however bolt has not only over charged me for the trip by R20 on each trip they have deducted money from my account 3 more times since the trip this morning. The reciepts on the app are also different to the amount that they deducted from my account. I want my money to be refunded!!!!
