On Thursday I requested on bolt around 1:pm then I realized the driver was standing in one place when the ride was one minute away, i then called him he said his outside but when I went out he was not the, the ride Was R186:00 in parklands and it was a card payment! I then escalated this to their chat box they told me I’m going to get my Money/ refund after 14 days!!! That was literally last money now I had to borrow money to request again to go home! Why are they taking too long to refund the money! But when it’s their drivers cancelling it reflects immediately back on your account! The frustration and inconvenience this has caused! Bolt South Africa i want my money back!!!
