On the 4th of March 2024 I took a risk with Balt around 1PM

On the 4th of March 2024 I took a risk with Balt around 1PM. The Balt driver assisted in packing my parcels however he hid the steel saw that I had bought so when I took out my parcels I didn't see the steel saw and in that way I forgot about it until I was unpacking my things which was about 10minutes after he left. I contacted Balt and they said since it's still 24 hours I must phone the driver. I eventually got hold of driver he promised to bring it back. The driver never contacted me nor brought it back and when I contacted Balt they said 24 hours has lapsed and they can't get hold of driver. They can't get hold of driver they hired and they are telling me to contact authorities. As a disabled person with visual impairment I seem to be having bad experiences with Balt and I am being taken advantage of
