Not refunded

Bolt has never refunded me for two trips which their drivers cancelled on me.the first was from last year 22 july 2024 the driver cancelled the trip and i never got my money back.the 2nd trip was on the 21st of march 2025,still my money is not refunded they keep telling me about waiting for 14 days.i want my money back
