Not impressed - dissatisfied customer!

Bolt is so upsetting, I had requested with the discounts I've been given, when the driver arrived he told me that he cannot transport me because the money I am to give him is too little, he cannot accept💀, his name was Enock, a few minutes later, someone else came without me even requesting, after explaining to that driver that I have made a different arrangement, he gives me a horrible attitude and tells me rudely to cancel the ride myself, his name is Sipho, how absurd could it get, it's winter mahn, some of us get cold 🙄 don't play games, I AM PAYING FOR SERVICE ANYWAY🙄
