My mother forgot her phone in her last ride and I contact bolt using the email address but it has been an up hill battle to get help cause fathia is very dense. We explain my mom can't access her email address since she forgot her phone the ride but they still want to send verification to her email address. She can't sign into another device due to security wanting otp from her mobile number. I told my mom to stop using bolt they are very difficult
