Not happy with Bolt services or customer support

So I cancelled a trip with Bolt, so normally when you cancel a trip the funds are reversed to your account. So on this cancellation the funds didn’t reverse to my account, then when I spoke to them via their chat support I’m told that the funds will be refunded after 14 to 30 days ??? And they are constantly asking to explain what happened…
