Non-arrival in devland

I live in Devland, and they never want to come here, the claim is always hijacking, but we all know that happens everywhere, so why go to high risk areas in Soweto but not come to Devland, we are also on the map and also need rides, we pay after all. I would like for us to get more access to drivers here as we sometimes really need transportation but it's not available from Bolt anymore.
