How can bolt not assist in tracing their driver when driver Registration number given to them ? My mom left her phone in the car and now is requested to get assistance with the phone she requested from . Tell me how does that make sense when she clearly lost the phone? And oh they can’t trace the trip either even though a registration number and trip details given
