NO REFUND TILL NOW

I requested a Bolt on the 2nd July 2023 at a cost of R426 the driver did not arrive and the balance changed and was not revered, I then requested again at a cost of R406 money was deducted and was not refunded. Till today i did not get my refund from BOLT, they kept on saying the funds till be refunded in 14 days then a month. Can you PLEASE look into this matter i mean this is very ridiculous!!!
