No customer support

I recently used a trip with the company and I accidently left my phone in the vehicle. I tried my hardest to contact anyone in support and am unsuccessful. You cant even sign in on their website if you have forgotten your password. I disappoint in the lack of communication skills they have - being that are a service provider for actual people
