No customer service

My son left his phone in the Bolt he took and we have been trying to get Bolt to assist us with the driver's contact details so that we can recover the phone. No LUCK. They just keep sending generic Emails and after sending them 8 Emails in the days following the incident, they still have not done anything.

They are useless hidding behind their generic Email system.
