Nightmare as bolt driver

It's a nightmare experience been a bolt driver my account was blocked unfairly I got ****** by passenger I took inside my car cellphone and money were ****** from me. I quickly tried get another phone to log into my bolt app and report the matter immediately I completed face identification on the phone bolt blocked the app. Now they telling can't assist me because the found out there was impersonation and *****ulent activity which I have tried explained my situation but still they refuse. They treating me as if am not human being
