Reporting **** Bolt Driver

Hi.

I need your assistance regarding a troubling experience with a Bolt driver. I've encountered a new **** where the driver adds an extra destination when they realize I'm requesting the ride for someone else. This prevents changes in the app.

In my case, I was charged by Bolt, and when I cancelled the ride, my mom was charged as well. We ended up being billed twice by this driver.

Please help me identify this driver, as I would like to recover my money.
