Never use your debit card for taxify. They **********ly debit without authorisation.

I am so annoyed with Bolt's latest antics. This is something that happened to both myself and my wife recently. I recently requested a ride and just like usual, R100.00 was immediately debited from my bank account, however, they money has since left my account and never returned. On top of that i was charged for the ride and that money was debited from my account. The same thing happened to my wife. I tried fb and communication through the app and emails, yet my money is not back. I am so frustrated and i will never use my card ever again for payments.
