Never use Bolt, you will get ****** -very *************

I noticed reversed Bolt transactions on my banking and inquired from Bolt who told me my bank Discovery, ran tests and thus those reversals. Last Friday, the 7th, I noticed 40 postings and reversals, on my account yet again and on Saturday, had R90 taken again by Bolt and did not even use Bolt on that day. On Monday, there was another posting and reversal of R23 and I lodged a complaint and requested a refund as I did not use Bolt and yet R90 was taken from my account. Bolt tracked who used my banking details and refuse to refund me inspite of proving al these reversals that were processed by them. I dealt with a Yolanda who says I must call the person using me banking details. Thatis unprofessional, where to they think I will get that person's phone number? I've asked why they can't put that person on credit and refund me but they refuse. Bolt is useless and this the last time I ever use them. Day light ******* and very unprofessional
